Delivery Info/Shipping

All East Coast Glow products are handmade and packaged at the time of order processing. Standard processing time for all online orders is 3-5 business days. From time to time with spikes in volume, orders can take the full 5 business days to process. We do not build or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays, via Canada Post. Delivery times vary depending on ship-to location. Please contact our office at 709-468-1683 should you require a shipment specification not listed on our site to see how we may accommodate your request.
